Q: Can you measure my windows and give me a quote?

Yes we provide non obligatory onsite measurements/quotations.

Q: What type of product warranty do you offer?

All products have a limited warranty of 1 year on mechanisms. We will repair or replace any product due to defects so long as the product is not misused. Replacement must be for the same window as per original order.

Q: How do I maintain and care for my window treatment?

Minimal care and cleaning is needed to maintain the beauty of your window treatment. Clean with a low suction handheld vacuum or dust off with a static duster for blinds of any type. Never immense your fabric in detergent or liquid of any kind as these products has a high tendency to damage the material. If you prefer to machine wash your curtains, you may do so with low gentle spin and cold water. Ideally, you should place your curtains in a laundry bag to avoid the risk of your curtain tearing or entangling. No detergent/ bleach should be used.

Q: How do I select the fabric materials for my window?

You may either drop by our showroom by appointment basis or arrange to have our specialized consultants to meet you onsite with the respective fabric samples for selection.

Q: What is the lead time upon confirmation?

Our production lead time is approximately 7-10 working days upon confirmation, depending on selected fabric chosen. Lead time may be longer during peak season, subjected to fabrics availability.

Q: What modes of payment do you accept and what would be the payment breakdown?

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer. 50% deposit is collected upon finalization and balance 50% is collected once installation is complete.
